STM என்றும் அழைக்கப்படும் சிட்னி தமிழ் மன்றம், ஆஸ்திரேலியாவின் சிட்னியில் உள்ள ஒரு இலாப நோக்கற்ற அமைப்பாகும். தமிழ்நாடு, தென்னிந்தியா, இலங்கையில் தமிழ் ஈழம் மற்றும் சிங்கப்பூர், மலேசியா, மியான்மர், சீஷெல்ஸ், மொரிஷியஸ், பிஜி ஆகிய நாடுகளில் வாழும் புலம்பெயர் தமிழர்கள் தங்கள் கலாச்சாரம் மற்றும் பாரம்பரியத்தை போற்றும் அதே வேளையில், சிட்னி தமிழ் சமூகம் ஆஸ்திரேலிய சமூகத்தின் ஒருங்கிணைந்த அமைப்பாக இருப்பதில் பெருமை கொள்கிறது.

தமிழ் சமூகத்தின் இளைய தலைமுறையினர் மற்றும் பிற இனக்குழுக்கள் மத்தியில் தமிழ் கலாச்சார மற்றும் பாரம்பரிய நற்பண்புகளை ஊக்குவிக்கும் ஒரு துடிப்பான மையமாக சிட்னி தமிழ் மன்றம் விளங்குகிறது. ஆஸிதிரலேயாவில்

பொதுசபைகள் , அரசு முகமைகள், பல்கலை கலாச்சாரத் துறை, புலம்பெயர் பழங்குடியினர் நலச்சங்கங்கள், குடிவரவு முகமைகள், குடும்ப வன்முறைப் பாதுகாப்பு அமைப்புகள், பல்கலைக்கழகங்களின் மாணவர் ஆலோசனை மையங்கள், சுகாதார வல்லுநர்கள் மற்றும் பலவற்றுடன் குறிப்பிட்ட திட்டப்பணிகளைச் செய்யகிறது நம் சிட்னி தமிழ் மன்றம்.

வானொலி ஒலிபரப்புகள், டிவி சேனல், நேரடி சமூக ஊடகத் தொலைக்காட்சிகள், செய்திமடல்கள், புத்தகங்கள் வெளியீடுகள் மற்றும் இதழ்கள் உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு ஊடகங்களுடன் பணிபுரிய STM.

இலக்கியம், நாட்டுப்புறக் கலைகள், தமிழர் பாரம்பரிய விழாக்கள், இசை மற்றும் நாடகம், பாரம்பரிய நடனம் மற்றும் பாரம்பரிய இசை ஆகியவற்றின் மூலம் தமிழ் மொழி மற்றும் கலாச்சாரத்தை மேம்படுத்துவதற்கு STM.

எங்கள் சமூகத்தின் உறுப்பினர்களின் சமூக மற்றும் பொருளாதார நல்வாழ்வுக்காக முயற்சிகளையும் நடவடிக்கைகளும் ஒழுங்கமைக்கிறது சிட்னி தமிழ் மன்றம்.

தனித்திறன் போட்டிகள், விருதுகள் மற்றும் அங்கீகார நிகழ்ச்சிகள், பொது விவாதங்கள் போன்றவற்றை ஏற்பாடு செய்வதன் மூலம், இளைய தலைமுறை குழந்தைகளுடன் தொடர்புகொள்வதற்கான வாய்ப்புகளை உருவாக்கிட STM தொடர்ந்து முயன்றுவருகிறது. தமிழ் பல்கலை மற்றும் கலாச்சாரத்தை மேம்படுத்துதல், கருத்தரங்குகள், இணையவழி கருத்துரைகள் , பயிற்சிப்பட்டறைகள் , சிகிச்சை அமர்வுகள், மூத்த குடிமக்கள் மற்றும் மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கான சிகிச்சைத் திட்டங்கள், மனநலத் திட்டங்கள் மற்றும் கலை மற்றும் கலாச்சாரத்தை மேம்படுத்துதல் ஆகியவற்றில் ஒத்துழைக்க புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தத்தில் கையெழுத்திடுவதன் மூலம் மற்ற நிறுவனங்களுடன் கூட்டுறவை மேற்கொள்கிறது சிட்னி தமிழ் மன்றம். பெண்கள் நலன், தமிழ் படைப்புகளின் நூலகம் என்பது நமது பாரம்பரியம் மற்றும் வரலாற்றை மரபுரிமையாகக் கொண்டு அடுத்த தலைமுறைக்கு அதை கதைசொல்லல், புத்தகங்களை வெளியிடுதல் மற்றும் கலை வடிவங்கள் மூலம் அனுப்பும் வகையில் நம் மன்றத்தின் வழக்கமான செயல்பாடுகளாகும்.

Sydney Tamil Manram, also known as STM, is a non-profit organization based in Sydney, Australia. The Sydney Tamil community is proud to be an integral part of larger Australian community while cherishing its origin and heritage to Tamilnadu, in South India, Tamil Eelam in Srilanka and also diaspora Tamils living in Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, Seychelles, Mauritius, Fiji, Guyana, North America, Europe etc.

Envisions STM to be a vibrant centre to promote Tamil cultural & traditional virtues among the younger generation of Tamil community and among other ethnic groups.

STM to help Tamil people who seek help like New Immigrants, Refugees, Senior Citizens, Students, Domestic violence victims etc.

STM to work specific projects with the Council, Govt Agencies, Multicultural department, Refugee council, Humanitarian, Aboriginal Welfare associations, Immigration Agencies, Family violence protection agencies, Students councils from Universities, Health Professionals and many more.
STM to work with various media, including Radio Broadcasts, TV channel, Live Social Media Telecasts, Newsletters, Books Publications and Magazines.
STM to continue to promote Tamil Language and Culture through Literature, Performing folk Arts, Cultural Festivals, Music & Theatre, Classical Dance & Classical Music.
STM to organise supportive and charitable endeavours for the social and economic wellbeing of the members of our community.
STM to regularly find opportunities to connect with younger generation kids to uncover their potential in any type of indigenous talents they have, by organizing talent shows, competitions, awards & recognition programs, public debates etc.
STM to engage partnerships with other organizations by signing MoU to collaborate with them in promoting Arts & Culture, organizing hands-on workshops, Seminars, Webinars, Training Programs, Therapy sessions, Healing programs for Senior citizens and people with disabilities, Mental Health programs and Women’s welfare.
Library of works is a regular ongoing activity of STM in terms of inheriting our Heritage & History and passing it on to the next generation in the form of storytelling, publishing books and via art forms.

45 ஆண்டுகள் பழமையான சமூக அமைப்பான சிட்னி தமிழ் மன்றத்தின் முக்கிய நோக்கம் இலக்கியம், நாட்டுப்புற கலைகள், கலாச்சார விழாக்கள், இசை மற்றும் நாடகம், பாரம்பரிய நடனம் மற்றும் இசை மூலம் தமிழ் மொழி மற்றும் கலாச்சாரத்தை மேம்படுத்துவதாகும்.

சிட்னி தமிழ் மன்றம், அதன் உறுப்பினர்களின் சமூக மற்றும் தார்மீக நல்வாழ்வுக்கு உதவுகிறது. ஆஸ்திரேலிய இன சமூகத்துடன், தமிழ் சமூகத்தின் உறவுகளை ஒருங்கிணைப்பதில் ஊக்குவிக்கும் திட்டங்களை அமைப்பதில், சிட்னி தமிழ் மன்றம் தொடர்ந்து தனது குழுவை ஊக்குவித்து வருகிறது.

தமிழ் மரபை பறைசாற்றும் பொங்கல் போன்ற முக்கிய விழாக்கள் மற்றும் பண்டிகைகளைக் கொண்டாட தனியார் நிறுவனங்களுடன் ஒத்துழைத்து இணைந்து முன்னெடுப்பதில் நம் மன்றம் ஒருபோதும் தயங்குவதில்லை.

தமிழர்கள் ப தங்களுக்கென தனித்துவமான வாழ்க்கை முறையைக் கொண்டிருந்தனர், இது இன்றைய நவீன உலக மதங்கள் நடைமுறையில் இருந்து வேறுப்பட்டது. இந்த வெறுபாட்டுகளின் தன்மைகளை உணர்ந்து, அனைத்து மதத்தினாரது கோட்பாடுகளுக்கும் மதிப்பளித்து ஒரு ஒத்திசைவுடன் பயணிப்பது நம்ம சிட்னி தமிழ் மன்றத்தின் முதன்மை நோக்கம் உள்ளடக்கம் ஆகும், இது மக்களை அவர்கள் பின்பற்றும் மதங்களைப் பொருட்படுத்தாமல் தமிழர்களாக ஒன்றிணைப்பதாகும்.

The principal objective of our Sydney Tamil Manram, a 45 year old community organization, is to promote Tamil Language and Culture through Literature, Performing folk arts, Cultural festivals, Music & Theatre, Classical Dance & Music.

STM helps in social and moral well-being of its members. STM continuously encourages its team to participate in brainstorming and group discussions in setting up projects that promotes the integration of persons of the Tamil Community with the Australian ethnic community.

STM never hesitates to reach out to organizations to collaborate with them to celebrate major events and festivals like Pongal, which is one of the top ranked Tamil celebrations.

Tamils traditionally had their own way of life, which is way different than today’s modern world’s religions practice. STM’s main objective is inclusiveness, which is to unite people as Tamil’s irrespective of the religions they practice.
